You can place an order two ways: online through our dispatch portal (any browser), or by calling us directly at 604-270-3420. New customers can call us to set up an account — it's quick and free.
Can I track my shipment in real time?
Yes. Every shipment is tracked through our dispatch system with real-time updates, electronic proof of delivery, and photo confirmation at drop-off. Account holders have full visibility from pickup to delivery.
Do you offer invoice billing terms?
Yes. Business clients with regular shipping volume can set up account-based net-term invoicing. Contact our office at 604-270-3420 to discuss account setup and volume discount pricing.
What areas do you deliver to?
We serve the full Greater Vancouver Regional District and Fraser Valley — from West Vancouver in the north to Chilliwack in the east. Our four delivery zones cover Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, and all communities in between.
What kinds of shipments do you handle?
We specialize in medical, dental, pharmaceutical, optical laboratory supplies, office supplies, beauty products, consumer goods, and general business shipments. We do not handle uncrated glass, mirrors, large furniture, or residential moves. For anything unusual, just ask — we'll let you know if we can help.
